3. Pay with credit card by phone

   H. D. Mize Rentals accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Call our office (317) 467-7091 to pay with a credit card over the phone.

4. Mail your rent

   Please include your rental address, unit number (if applicable), month of rent that you're paying on the check. Also, please be sure to mail your rent at least 5 business days before your rent is due. Rent must be received in our offices by the end of business on the day your rent is due without incurring any late fees or penalties.

5. Drop off your rent

   You can bring your rent by the office if this works best for you. We accept check, cash, money order and cashier's check. Our offices are located at
